    Thanks for this. One thing this shows is that after 2007, the rate of wolf population increase, including hunting accounted for, is not exponential. This suggests that with hunting, the wolf population begins to level off. This is not particularly surprising. It would be interesting to see what the wold pop would do without hunting; I’d bet we’d see the same thing. Nor is the spike in depredations a surprise, as wolf *packs* are decimated and individual lone wolves are forced to look for easier prey. Cannot wait to see future graphs!
